Well, since there’s no 2020 season for our Hornets, I guess we can focus already on recruiting. Instead of adding to the 2020 thread, I figured it appropriate to create a new one.
Saw this on twitter today.......
Riley bring good size to the DL. He’s 6-5 295.

Another commitment. This one from a 6’4 200 TE from JSerra. They play in arguably the toughest league in the country. The vaunted Trinity League with Mater Dei and St. John Bosco.
According to his twitter page, he ran a 10.93 100M dash.

Oge Feo ILB 6-1 210
Looks like great recruit, had 5 offers and choose Sac State, I love beating Montana State out on someone they wanted

Former Baylor commit to SAC? Interesting trail on this one involving Sac state offer...

Looks like another nice class! Love the size.
I wonder, though, how the roster is affected? By not playing this season, all the Seniors are still eligible, right? Meaning, how did 10 scholarship spots come available?
I sure hope Elijah Dotson is returning.

I believe it’s just because we some went elsewhere or not coming back, for example, Daniel Fortune did go to another school opening up his. Also I can’t confirm this, but some of these may be on partial scholarships.BuckeyeHornetFan wrote: ↑Wed Dec 16, 2020 3:49 pm Looks like another nice class! Love the size.

63 scholarships can be split between 85 players at the FCS level. I don't recall if this number was adjusted by the NCAA due to the china virus. The track and field athletes could also get a (partial) T&F scholarship.

Sac's ties to the state of Washington continue as they picked up a commit from 3-star WR, Jordan Chin, a senior transfer from UW. Welcome to the Hornet family!
