So if there is no season for some Cal schools as well as possibly us in Wash....it will be devistating for the programs. Players with possible NFL potential will bolt and schools who are playing will look at the others who are not and just start plucking.
If a region can't play (west coast) no one should play or move it to the spring.

Looking at this situation, if there is no 2020 season, the chance that EWU folds altogether is not 0. We are in trying times.

Given that, I still think there will be a season. Statistics are starting to look favorable.

Agreed. The season will happen. With Spokane County now "open," does it mean team activities like weight lifting are rolling? I'd assume it would require platooning guys in and out of the weight room to keep capacity down at any given time. Eastern really can't wait much longer if they haven't started yet, because a lot of teams are back up and working on things. Based on my understanding of the situation around Cheney, there probably isn't much risk in doing team stuff.

Probably not. Spokane County is in phase 2. That means that gatherings are limited to 5. They will need to be in phase 3 to have a full weight lifting regimen rolling.

What they can probably do is have some guys show up to run some routes or do small group outdoor conditioning programs.

Respectfully disagree LDopa...Alabama just started their voluntary workouts and bam...5 tested positive ...3 Oklahoma State players as well....2 Marshall players and one staff member.....just the beginning. Really concerns me putting these guys out there already.

I think this will most likely be an NCAA decision - completely outside of anyone’s control at this point.

Agreed...with the Ivy league set to make a announcement in the coming week and the Hawaii game already canceled. I think they should just move everything to the Spring if there is any hope of a season.
