Sanchez appears in SI's Faces in the Crowd

In the recent January 27 issue of Sports Illustrated, American Falls High School's Maria Sanchez was featured in the magazine's 'Faces in the Crowd.' She's a senior forward at AFHS and has verbally committed to play soccer for ISU. According to the magazine, Sanchez has had 68 goals in 17 matches this season, including 13 straight hat tricks. And she's finished with the most goals for a boy or girl in state history (178). We'll be really glad to have her on board at ISU, and am happy we were able to beat out some other schools for her services.
