• Hi Guest,

We've updated the site to combine all the forums that were part of the Big Sky Fans Network into one location. This will make it easier to navigate and participate in all the discussions for each school without having to have multiple accounts, etc. We are still working out some tweaks but please let us know if you notice anything.

With the migration, in some circumstances, your username could have been merged with one of your other usernames from the other forums. If this is the case, you can request to change your username in your account details page of your profile.

Congrats to the Hornets for #500!!!! Amazing.

And good to see the team win on the road again. Keep winning on the road and get home and win some games at Hornet Gym and make a run for the BSC tourney. A nice 11 game winning streak would do it!!! Always good to see Hornet teams continue to fight mid season and get better in the stretch.

Hornets end worst season maybe ever in volleyball tonight and finish last in the big Sky. 3-13 Big Sky and 8-23 overall. Only two wins in a mostly empty Hornet Gym in 2014. Seriously? And we are keeping this coaching staff that has took our best athletic team over 7 dismal years gradually down from first to worst why? Is anyone paying attention to this? Thought the 5 year strategic plan by Gonzo was to expect excellence in every athletic team on campus and to win championships. And to expect change if this does not happen. Sure the coaches are trying their best but it's not working over the many years since Coach Colberg retired. . Time for a change .

No idea about a bigger budget for volleyball in the past compared to now but coach Colberg won championships with many teams of freshman and sophomores. Whatever her teams were made up of she won. And it did not matter if they were down 2-0 they would pull it out time after time , year after year.
