• Hi Guest,

We've updated the site to combine all the forums that were part of the Big Sky Fans Network into one location. This will make it easier to navigate and participate in all the discussions for each school without having to have multiple accounts, etc. We are still working out some tweaks but please let us know if you notice anything.

With the migration, in some circumstances, your username could have been merged with one of your other usernames from the other forums. If this is the case, you can request to change your username in your account details page of your profile.

Entirely on coach(s) and I've never said that before but halftime lack of creative thinking cost us.It's hard to lose with a 28 pt lead..you really gotta try.

Yup. Completely.

Two narcissist's lost games with big leads this weekend: Best and Sanders.... Tired of the charade. He loses more coaches more any program in the BigSky and we haven't been able to track just how many players left the program since he's been head coach but it has been A LOT. Some attrition is natural but this isn't. I view today's spectacle as just another example of myopathy at a minimum... a myopathy that hasn't changed in several years. Time for a change.

How many times have we heard "players have to make the play". What do they say when player makes the TD catch and the coaches don't ask for a review??? That decision or lack of cost the game.

:eek:hno: That was ugly. That was absolutely embarrassing, all three phases played like they had no heart or guts whatsoever. Losing to Idaho State with a 27 point lead at half is a new low for this program. Something is rotten.

New AD Tim Collins is down there watching with some mucky mucks. He knows football and gotta think that this game was a major fc-up. And they have all this home coming stuff planned for next week starting Monday with this loss and possible playoff spot outta reach. That will transfer into season ticket sales loss for next year. This loss was a supreme nut punch!.

Wow... that was as bad of a coaching job as I've ever seen. We're up 3 TDs in the 4th quarter and snapping the ball with 25 seconds on the playclock. That kind of thing is inexcuasble.

That said, can't pin this one of the offense. The D gave up 4 TDs on the last four drives and couldn't have been worse. The kicking and returns game was fucking shambolic. Taking a penalty and making them rekick on the opening kickoff only to start from our own 10 was about the dumbest thing I've ever seen.

On top of this, this team is SOFT. There are far too many players incapable of playing four quarters. Idaho State wasn't a physical juggernaut by any stretch and yet we were watching players drop like flies.

This is hard to watch. It's the same problems over and over again. Eastern ignores defense and never gets better. Special teams are always a problem. It's wash, rinse, repeat.

We're as done as a smoked turkey. This game even gives Bald Eagles a bad image.
Will we win another game??? I don't see who that might be, but giving a benefit of doubt maybe, maybe Cal Poly.
On to basketball,

To your point Dopa, I watched Montana take down Idaho and was impressed with their mean and nasty attitude especially on defense. The eagles don't have that.
