• Hi Guest,

We've updated the site to combine all the forums that were part of the Big Sky Fans Network into one location. This will make it easier to navigate and participate in all the discussions for each school without having to have multiple accounts, etc. We are still working out some tweaks but please let us know if you notice anything.

With the migration, in some circumstances, your username could have been merged with one of your other usernames from the other forums. If this is the case, you can request to change your username in your account details page of your profile.

After falling to Air Force this afternoon 14-7 in Colorado Springs, UNC baseball takes to the road again this weekend. Their WAC schedule will open at Sacremento State. The Hornets bring a 14-10 record to the matchup against the 5-16 Bears.

Against Air Force Bears hitting was led by Nakakura (2-3 with a double), Minnick (1-3 with a homer and 4 RBI), and Tapia (1-5 with a double and RBI). Alex Werbach took the loss for UNC and falls to a record of 0-2. The Falcons banged out 19 hits to just 5 for the Bears.

WAC play offers a clean slate, so hopefully the Bears can get off to a good start.

Woof. Tough weekend series for the Bears. Swept by Sac St to start 0-3 in the WAC. Friday night UNC fell 8-5, 5-1 on Saturday and 6-3 on Sunday.

UNC welcomes Air Force to Greeley tomorrow. Air Force also suffered a sweep this weekend. Here's hoping the Bears can come up a W before hitting the road again next weekend at Utah Valley.

Another ugly loss Tuesday at home as Air Force defeats UNC 14-4 pounding out 18 hits.

Best to forget this one and move on to conference play again this weekend.
