• Hi Guest,

We've updated the site to combine all the forums that were part of the Big Sky Fans Network into one location. This will make it easier to navigate and participate in all the discussions for each school without having to have multiple accounts, etc. We are still working out some tweaks but please let us know if you notice anything.

With the migration, in some circumstances, your username could have been merged with one of your other usernames from the other forums. If this is the case, you can request to change your username in your account details page of your profile.

Official. From the man himself

I hope he has his mental issues behind him.

Yeah these bench players from P5 programs are good gets by Patrick. I don’t expect all of them to be all-BSC caliber talent, but I expect them to be better than the typical borderline D1 caliber recruit Katz/Laird brought in via transfer.

I hope the transfers work out. Guessing we may see a few more. Don’t see any thing about the Oklahoma transfer being injured last year. Read a couple Oklahoma news sources that said he was not able to carve out a consistent role. Sounded like he had a lot of promise but ironically he could not beat out the Groves brothers who transferred from Easter Washington. They were also not surprised he followed Patrick due to their close Australian ties. He has two years so maybe he can develop here. Until all of the players with an extra year use up their eligibility the portal will be crazy. Think the NCAA granting immediate eligibility was a mistake.

Mawein is like a more offensively fluid Komagum.

He’s a 2024 recruit. So won’t be part of this year’s class if he commits.

All the transfers that DP have signed are great. But I’m really hoping there’s a home run guy he has up his sleeves. A potential Conference Player of the Year type.

I'm just hoping we have players that don't suck. *shoulder shrug emoji*

Don’t expect Chol to contribute much until he’s a at least an upper-classman (if he stays that long). Extremely raw right now so we’ll see how DP develops him. He’ll bring good size if he does.

Doesn’t move the needle much for me. Will be good bench depth for the next two years.

Agree. He averaged over 18 minutes a game in the BW. Production is low but above average shooting percentage from 3 and at the stripe. It's notable playing time at a program that is normally in the top half of the conference.
