another win for the Hornets today over UNC. Predicting our women's tennis team to capture the top spot in the Big Sky Conf. most memorable accomplishments during the BSC 50th anniversary year.

Keep it up Sacramento State!!

111 wins in a row since 2002.
 
And the Hornets travel further east and half way across the country to North Dakota to win number 112 in a row today. Another 7-0 win. In the 7 BSC wins this year Sac State has only lost 1 single and one doubles match. Amazing!!! Good luck against the Montana schools on the road and Northern Arizona on the road before the Big Sky championships back at home.

The 13 year winning streak ends with our Hornets going down 4-3 to both Montana schools.

Our Hornets fight to the end of both matches with many of our outstanding athletes not playing due to injury and others playing with injuries. An amazing effort by our Hornets to fight til the end in Montana on the same day with matches at both schools on the same day and hundreds of miles apart.

May the team be healed up for the BSC championships coming up at home.

An an amazing accomplishment and the best winning streak of all sports in Big Sky history.

Hornets win 13th strraight BigSky title today!!!! Congratulations to our most amazing program and a huge accomplishment in a year when the team had to battle thru so many injuries. Simply amazing...and the first Big Sky title for Sac State sports this conference year. And a win over the big, bad Griz who snapped our 13 year regular season winning streak a few weeks ago.. Way to Sting those Griz!!! Good luck in the NCAA tourney!!
 
I hesitate to take this over to CS. The rest of the league's fans (particularly the incompetents from Missoula) will first claim that we're good for nothing, then when we show them this evidence of Hornet domination, will whine that tennis (or ANYTHING on the female side) is irrelevant.

Our Hornets are shipped off to the number 1 team in the country UCLA and the Montana men's tennis team is shipped off to Oklahoma, the number 2 tennis team in the country. Life in the Big Sky. Good luck to both our Hornets and the Griz. Love to see a huge upset for the Big Sky!! .
