Football & Men's Basketball broadcasts on ESPN 1320

Post by Green Laser » Wed Aug 01, 2018 2:00 pm

Sac State Football and Men's Basketball broadcasts have switched to ESPN 1320.

Hopefully being a all sports station this might open the door to more promotions for the programs, coaches shows etc. I wonder if they will use the same broadcast team?

Maybe we should "visualize" something more local. ;)

Here's the ESPN Radio website release on the deal. Link includes the Rise Guys interview (just under 15 mins) with Orr and Sears that covers a wide range of topics:

hope we still do have the same broadcast team.

That being said, glad to see this new station carrying Sac State football and basketball and do appreciate the local Sacramento stations over the past many decades. But so often reception has been poor outside of the Sacramento area.

Great interview with our football coach and athletic director.

Always good to here that the Event Center remains a priority and "is going to get done" but nothing about when and how
