Re: Up next....Weber State

I do not disagree that Angus McClure would add excitement to this program that is in dire need. But the two questions that come up…

(1) Would he applied for the job?
(2) Can we pay him enough?

Re: Up next....Weber State

This team is horrible. They are lucky to score any points the last 2 weeks. If it wasn't for 2 muffed punts they would have been shut out twice. Coming into the season I had low expectations, I felt winning 4 games and being competitive would be a good year as our team is young but what I've seen so...

Re: We're not very good

Coaches usually do not survive losing to a lower division school..so it is just a matter of time when we all start speculating who is going to be the next head coach.

It looks like Jacobs has committed to the Hornets.. https://www.verbalcommits.com/players/chibueze-jacobs With Jacobs and Dancer it looks like we got some outside shooting. Jacobs looks very athletic and is not bashful about taking the ball strong to the hoop. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D6cEdKw...

Re: todd davis

The Denver Post suggests Todd Davis could take over at inside linebacker if ILB Danny Trevathan walks in free agency. 24-year-old (in May) Davis was used sparingly on defense in 2015, but did excel in two games in which he got extended run, and also piled up seven tackles on special teams. Davis is ...

Re: 2016 Recruiting

It appears that the school across the causeway lost their 3 star QB recruit to Princeton.

I heard on the radio broadcast that he has a quad injury. I think most quad injuries take 2 to 3 weeks to heal so hopefully he is back next weekend.

Re: 2016 Recruiting

Quincy Jountti RB from Liberty High School in Bakersfield has committed to Sac State. He had almost 1600 yards in rushing and 21 touchdowns. It looks like he is a good overall running back. His brother plays at Northern Arizona. http://www.relatest.com/20151102660535668104302592/" onclick="window.op...

The Ravens waived DeAndre Carter this morning..I'm sure he will catch on with some other team or make a teams practice squad.

Re: 2015 Fall Camp

I made it out yesterday and it was a fun atmosphere especially seeing all the kids having an opportunity to go down on the field afterwards and interacting with the players. The player that stood out to me the most was Joey Banks who seems to be a human missile and was around the ball when he was in...

Re: New University President: Robert S. Nelsen

The one thing I like about this guy is his energy and his passion for the school and he wants to carry that through out the university. He seems like a type of guy that can lead and people will get behind him...who knows he might just be the guy to wake this sleeping giant.

Re: 2015 Recruiting

It looks like the Hornet got another commitment. He is a big wide receiver from Southern California. Isiah Spencer-Lopez is 6'6" and also played basketball in high school. It appears he was attempting to hold out for a Pac 12 scholarship. From the looks from his highlights it seems like he would be ...

Re: M: @ Northern Arizona

Honestly, the hornets have no one to blame but themselves up by 4 with 2:30 to go...you should win these games..it also does not help when you got hammered on the board 43 to 16...also the officiating was bad Mckinneys 4th foul was horrible and the play at the end when the ball got knocked out of hi...
