I think ISU should give Joe Cravens a shot, he has a great relationship with your AD already.

What's to talk about? The program is in the worst shape I can remember.

I'll pass on Cravens. Nice guy, but both of his head coaching jobs were good situations when he walked into them. He didn't have to rebuild or fix either of them. Larry Eustachy had moved up from Idaho when Joe took over, and Ron Abegglen had just left Weber when Joe was promoted. He had a good record to start, but he couldn't maintain the success at either program and was fired at both.

ISU needs somebody who knows how to build a program and then maintain it. There are some names out there.
