• Hi Guest,

We've updated the site to combine all the forums that were part of the Big Sky Fans Network into one location. This will make it easier to navigate and participate in all the discussions for each school without having to have multiple accounts, etc. We are still working out some tweaks but please let us know if you notice anything.

With the migration, in some circumstances, your username could have been merged with one of your other usernames from the other forums. If this is the case, you can request to change your username in your account details page of your profile.

Ian Fox sighting

Thought I would let you guys know that Ian Fox is playing for NAIA Bethesda College...Sac State beat them tonite 103-55 and it wasn't that close...We didn't play anyone in the regular rotation more than 5 min in the second half...Ian was just about as efficient for Bethesda as he was for ISU...he went 5-17 from the floor and scored 12 points (9 of those were in the second half against walk-ons and freshmen)..in the first half he was 1-6 as he made one lay-up and was 0-4 from 3 pt range...The good news is he will be coming to Pocatello on Nov 19th to show you all what you are missing (not much in my opinion)...Wouldn't surprise me if he quits this team before the season is over....

I hope he has a good experience at Bethesda, gets a degree and has a long and fulfilling life. I don’t wish him any Ill, particularly since many of his “challenges” are not of his making.

With Geno and Novak gone, there's nobody left on the team who even knew him, is there? Only Bill and Tim have had interaction with him, and I bet they haven't even thought of him in 2-3 years. He wasn't here long enough to establish an identity, so 99% of fans in the stands won't even remember him.

Hope he gets that degree and does well for himself and others.

Boyd and Chivichyan both came from So. Cali they played in the same Travel Ball circuit as Fox, Fox played his High ball at Redondo Union. What was the problem at ISU when he was there and why did he leave ?

I don't know that there was really a problem, just had somebody in his ear who wasn't looking out for Ian's best interest, only his own. Watch "Trophy Kids," an HBO documentary that is now on a lot of on-demand sites. Ian is one of those featured.
