• Hi Guest,

We've updated the site to combine all the forums that were part of the Big Sky Fans Network into one location. This will make it easier to navigate and participate in all the discussions for each school without having to have multiple accounts, etc. We are still working out some tweaks but please let us know if you notice anything.

With the migration, in some circumstances, your username could have been merged with one of your other usernames from the other forums. If this is the case, you can request to change your username in your account details page of your profile.

2024 matchups vs MWC

I’m taking a look into 24 season! I didn’t realize what bad shape San Jose State program landed. The local reporter expects a 4 win season,

I think we get that “W”!!!!

Fresno State - We haven’t beaten them that I’m aware of historically. But it’s about time we do claim that Southern part of the San Joaquin Valley,.

Probably an “L”.

The rest of our schedule looks good and we should easily make another playoff run in 24’!

I pray that Bobby has dialed in his OC play calling to a higher level this season, can’t get those 0 point quarters anymore.

You are correct. 0-4 all-time.

However, the Hornets have been very competitive in their FBS games since 2018. They're 2-4 (all against the PAC12 and MWC), but each of the 4 losses were by 14 points or less. I'd expect no less than another competitive game against the Bulldogs.

The schedule looks favorable.., 10-2 or 9-3 is my prediction for 2024 season.

Honestly I think this year 2 could be good for our coaching staff to have more experience together in their respective roles. 🙏🏻

The Sac State/MWC link is even stronger with the PAC going away, we have 5 MWC games between 2024 and 2026. Eventually we'll have our first ACC, Big 10 and Big 12 matchups ever.

But for now, San Jose State, Fresno State (x2), Nevada, and Oregon State are all on tap!

Well, most of the Pac-12, anyway. The Pac-2 is still around, having conned their way into a Pac-2/MWC Challenge. That said, both members of the Pac-2 have a history of playing to the perceived level of the competition, so they should be low-hanging fruit for the upper echelons of the Big Sky (i.e. Sac, MT, MT State, BBQ, Idaho) to scalp.

The rest of what Kadeezy said is almost on the level of Gospel truth.
