• Hi Guest,

We've updated the site to combine all the forums that were part of the Big Sky Fans Network into one location. This will make it easier to navigate and participate in all the discussions for each school without having to have multiple accounts, etc. We are still working out some tweaks but please let us know if you notice anything.

With the migration, in some circumstances, your username could have been merged with one of your other usernames from the other forums. If this is the case, you can request to change your username in your account details page of your profile.

2014 Louisville Slugger All-Americans

SACRAMENTO, Calif. - Sacramento State junior first baseman Rhys Hoskins has been selected by the Philadelphia Phillies in the fifth round of the 2014 MLB Draft on Friday.

Hoskins was the seventh pick of the fifth round and the 142nd pick overall. He is the highest-drafted Hornet since Tim Wheeler was selected in the first round in 2009 and is the fourth-highest drafted player in program history. Sacramento State has now had at least one player selected in the draft in eight straight years.

Sooooo, he's gone, right? Any chance he stays for his senior year? We're in danger of losing a couple other Jrs too...

Just can't see any logic in passing up that money for a chance at what, maybe a deeper run in the NCAA Tourney next season?
