Weber has had the good fortune to loose to two upper division schools. Whey do I say "good fortune?" It taught the players what good looks like and how to play solid defense. At Hawaii Weber gained confidence by hanging with them for most of the game. Yes, we lost but we gained confidence in the passing game. At Utah Weber put up 21 pts. on the third ranked defense in the nation. The Wildcats also learned that the running game was for real. A sense of momentum began to build and allowed WSU to roll over both Montana teams (sorry Montana but you have beat us one to many times. It was our turn to hand you the keys to the bus and say see ya later.) Will they win Sat.? I predict they will . The home crowd will be to much for NC.
