Why the move? Was it the money?
This is unfortunate, Bengal fans had a pretty good thing going. In fact, thebengalden.com had higher visitation than this site with much better features. Oh well, ISU fans can join the anemic conversation with the other BSfans sites that don’t have a substantial online presence: UNC, SAC, and NAU.
Is it to late to turn back the clock?

The site is the same, just a new server and better forum software. The domain (thebengalden.com), users, posts, threads and everything else are all the same. The forum is its own entity (as it was before), it isn’t just a small part of the BSF forum. The online presence will be the same if not better. The domain name will be transfered to this site soon.
What features did the other site have that the new one doesn’t?
The other sites that you mention never really had an online presence which is why they don’t have a huge one now, they are just beginning. Since ISU already has a good online presence, the site will be just fine. Why do you think it will die down due to being here? I am really curious as I would like to do everything I can to make it grow.

I already like the new location and surroundings better. The site is easier to use and navigate through, and it offers better features than the old one did. I think most Bengal fans will feel the same way. I’m glad we’re here…
